What kinds of things do you pray for the most often? Health needs? Work situations? Financial struggles? Relationship issues? These are all wonderful things to pray for and they should be staples in our prayer lives, however our greatest needs are not the physical, tangible needs we see before us, they are spiritual needs. Paul shows us a prayer that goes deeper than our immediate physical needs. He shows us a prayer that seeks out God to help make others more like Jesus, a prayer for spiritual strengthening.
