Rejoice and Leap for Joy

When is it a blessing to be mistreated? When is it joyful to be taunted and mocked? When should you rejoice over others hating and reviling you? When should you be happy that others have chosen to exclude you and reject you? When should you be delighted over having been treated unfairly or unjustly?
Most of us would reply to these questions with a resounding, "Never! When should pain bring us joy? Never! When should I delight in injustices towards me? Never!” However, Jesus has a different answer He is going to share with us tonight from Luke 6:22-23.
