Tonight we are going to deal with what is maybe the biggest question that our soul’s struggle with throughout life. Barna, a research group, polled Americans and asked them if they could ask God any question at all what would it be. The #1 question that came back time and time again was “Why does God allow pain and suffering?” So tonight we are going to seek to answer a few questions. We are going to look to God’s Word to answer… (1) Where is God in our suffering? (2) What is God doing in the midst of our suffering? Why does God allow suffering in our lives? What is His purpose?
